I was struggling with the adverse insurance adjuster on my claim and asked Henderson Taylor Law Firm for help. Not only did Jordan and Rose make this whole process much less stressful, but they also fought the providers who were refusing to bill my health insurance despite being contracted with them and were also able to get my bills reduced. They were all very kind, thoughtful, and fun to work with on my case! I seriously could not have done this without their help, they made this whole thing so much easier to manage. From the time I got out of the hospital and I went to the lawyer he made sure that my medical bills were taken care nothing went to collection he was always checking on me. The lawyer and his staff was very concerned about me , made me feel better and everything was going to be okay he always let me know when he sent letters or paid any bills he kept me in inform of what was going on. he really made my car accident so much easier all I had to worry about is getting better have my surgery. I was in a car wreck and Jordan acted more concerned that I was getting better than being concerned about the lawsuit. He told me getting better is the priority. I was very fragile and unable to do much of anything to defend myself due to the trauma of the accident. I'm so grateful Jordan was there to handle all the legal details and settle my debts and medical bills for me so I could just focus on healing and getting better. My case was extremely complicated and if it went to court it would have taken an enormous amount of time. When it was time to decide whether to settle or possibly go to court, I said, "I'm ready to stand up for myself and go to court if need be." He said, "That's what I like to hear!" This gave me the impression that he was not afraid to go to court, and he is willing to do the hard work required to win. We settled out of court. Jordan decreased his fee because he didn't have the expense and time needed to go to court. This was incredibly kind and generous and really demonstrated his honesty. In my interactions and experience with Jordan I found him to be a good person who was caring and willing to fight for me if need be.
