Prior to Adriana managing our case, we did experience some
communication gaps, occasionally going two weeks without an update.
Implementing a routine weekly email update or a faster callback system would greatly enhance the initial client experience. That being said, Adriana's dedication completely turned our experience around, and we are deeply thankful for her support.
