After having been in a car accident on July 4, 2023 and the police, the medics, a witness and my insurance all concluding that I was not at fault…I was faced with thousands of dollars in medical charges, my vehicle a total loss and to top it off, the other driver denying they had ran a red light. I felt hopeless and was luckily referred to Bill Berenson’s firm by a friend and they have been amazing since Day 1! After 8 long months of fighting, Bill and his team were able to bring the driver and his insurance company to justice! I am sincerely thankful for him and his team and all the effort they put into fighting for me and continuing to assist me with my vehicle claim. I would recommend this firm in a heartbeat to anyone who feels the way I felt from Day 1, injured, in shock and hopeless.
