Extremely unprofessional receptionist at the Portland, Oregon office. I called to report one of their flatbed drivers failing to yield at a yield sign and almost causing a wreck with a green Subaru Forester near Forest Grove. I wasn't calling to argue or make a big deal out of nothing. I was simply trying to report a legitimate safety concern and asked to speak with the manager who handles these types of issues.
Instead, the receptionist decided she wanted to handle it herself and immediately became dismissive, defensive, and had a smart attitude. After that interaction, some of the other negative reviews regarding professionalism make a lot more sense.
Hopefully the Safety Director takes reports involving their drivers and public safety more seriously than she did. A near accident involving a commercial vehicle should be taken seriously, not met with attitude because someone called to report it.
The first time working with these guys was awesome. Then some crew on a tilt up was total garbage. Treated everyone as if they knew next to nothing. I've been a union carpenter a decade. Do not show up and act a fool.
Thanks for helping the WW2 Memorial go up in Salem, OR. That's huge.
Great company! Very Motor Carrier friendly!
Had a load delivering, but the broker never told us about calling ahead (as usual...) and Alex Boycano still worked us in despite the fact that they were busy! Great man!
Definitely coming back!
