Best property attorney in Iowa! Our case was simple on the surface (zoning issue), but seriously complex otherwise. Dan methodically went through the steps needed to prove our case and even found us an expert appraiser. My husband initially hired Daniel as our attorney 07/08 and was officially concluded with him on 10/24.
