Best property attorney in Iowa! Our case was simple on the surface (zoning issue), but seriously complex otherwise. Dan methodically went through the steps needed to prove our case and even found us an expert appraiser. Dan is blunt and to the point, which may throw some clients for a loop right away, but I'm confident that this is the attitude you need to have from a great Real Estate Attorney!
