Completely unprofessional. I was terminated on Oct. 7th and reached out on Oct. 9th. I was contacted the following week by an "assistant" and I explained the entire situation. I was told Ms. Herman would follow up the next week. After not hearing back I contacted her directly by phone and spoke to her at length. I was told to send all relevant documentation. I did.
