I have closed a couple of deals with Hinson Faulk and have had a great experience every time. The teams at the Huntersville and the Indian Trail locations are both responsive and prepared. All of the closings I have done with them have happened on time with little to no issues. I highly recommend Hinson Faulk for all of your real estate needs.

Patterson was simply amazing. Answered all our questions and was very detailed with all the information he was providing to us. The receptionist was very pleasant as well. She got the room sanitized and cleaned for us and made sure all paperwork was out for us. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend Hinson Faulk.

First time purchasing a house. Everyone we dealt with was very easy to get in touch with, and very responsive and knowledgeable. At the closing, Patterson was quick and easy to work with, but took the time to go over any documents or questions we had in depth. Great firm!
