Overbilled us. Heather did not seem very knowledgeable, and we were charged double for when she had to ask her "boss" Lyndsey for help. Heather didn't seem to know a lot of the evidence very well but charged us as if she'd been scouring it for days. She made us pay for her time for her to correct her own mistakes.
