Was actually quite excited to get to sit down with Stratton only to be disappointed did not even look at my case. Don’t feel like I was given the time of day Then they referred me to an attorney that has some kind of arthritis so he couldn’t even travel to a courtroom then come to find out he used to work with the prosecutor in Preston and he is good buddies with him so he just wants me to give him five grand and go make a plea deal for me without even looking at my paperwork and then once again without looking at my paperwork he wants $25,000 to go to trial and that’s who I got recommended to I mean it be one thing if I was asking for you guys to pull a rabbit out of the hat, but this ain’t gonna take no magic trick takes a lawyer. They’ll actually just sit down and look at the paperwork and my case will be handled and done and then maybe I’d be able to see my children again, they’ve only been withheld from Me for 200 days by a woman that just got charged with six second-degree felonies in Utah but yet her words still golden we have a broken system

Stratton and his paralegal were the worst once I gave them $20,000. He went MIA he showed up late in court Via camera then he showed up late on the next court hearing Then Stratton actually decided the best hope To plead guilty and beg for mercy on the court before he ever even told us anything about discovery. My son fired him In court in front of the judge and the prosecutor! When we left the court, he had a yelling match with the Prosecutor About he’s a terrible communicator nobody can reach him, etc. I was shocked and ashamed of his lack of professionalism and his foul language that he used in the hallway of a court of law. What is going on in this world if this is what we can expect for a defense. Stratus Is known to be a poor communicator he’s only good on the simple cases. Criminal cases are not what he’s good at. Why on earth does they take on cases? He is not qualified for.? I am taking this to the bar If you ask me and I have asked him for statements showing me where he spent the money. Nothing Also, He’s been asked for copies of A retainer. He has none because neither I nor my son Beau Pickett signed the retainer agreement this man is unethical and if there was a way to give him a negative one star he would, but I will take it to the bar and let them handle it overcharging for doing nothing or nearly nothing is ridiculous and I don’t recommend anyone to this man or for that matter for Candace his/paralegal phone call taker and that’s all she does is take the phone calls

We hired Stratton to represent me in the lowest point in my life. He was able to get the judge who usually sided with the state to understand that all my charges were a result stemming from my addiction issues. Although sceptical, the judge agreed to send me to a rehab facility and to get updates on my progress through the program. A year later I got sentenced and released back on probation. Stratton had my family and girlfriend in tears with his closing statement in court. He is very professional, and will get the judge to see the other side of the argument. We were very impressed with his representation of myself. He gave me another chance to be there for my daughter, although my success is up to me, he gave me the opportunity to have another chance at life and be the father I am now today. I highly recommend his services, I've had attorneys in Utah and Oregon but none have fought for me like Stratton did. He is excellent at his job and has a respectable reputation in the courtroom. Hopefully I never need his services again, but for all my friends and family needing legal help, Stratton will be the first recommendation they receive from me.
