I do not recommend William “Goose” Changose based on my experience involving a family trust matter. In our case, he failed to follow the clear instructions of the competent settlor and trustee, declined to draft requested amendments, and appeared to favor the interests of one beneficiary over another. In our case, he failed to follow the clear instructions of the competent settlor and trustee, declined to draft requested amendments, and appeared to favor the interests of one beneficiary over another.
This conduct caused significant concern and loss of trust in his professional judgment and independence. Based on our experience, I would urge anyone considering his services to proceed with caution and to carefully document all communications.

My sisters and I retained Mr. Changose, aka “Goose” to open an ancillary probate for our stepmother, file affidavits of heirship for her brother’s daughters and update and transfer the deed on a parcel of land that has been in the family since 1937 or earlier with no update since that time.
