This is actually just a review of their driving. Seems like they struggle driving small white trucks on the freeway, including not staying in their lane in a construction zone, zipping around erratically, and not signaling lane changes. Based on this, I wouldn’t recommend this company be let anywhere near a Geo Metro, let alone anything larger.

I’m a contractor from Anchorage and I guess I’ve been spoiled with Alaska crane. I needed a boom truck for a job in Everett so I called Ness’s Bothell office first. The lady who picked up seemed to not understand basic crane concepts and sounded confused as explained the weights and radiuses of my picks. She put me on hold for 10 minutes I assume to go ask somebody for assistance in comprehending what I was trying to tell her just to pick up and tell me they have nothing available. It sounds like they are an amazingly safe crane company and I can’t comment on that. However I was nearly side swiped by one of their trucks changed lanes into my lane at an intersection. I did notice after that the truck did have the blinking safety lights on top of the truck but only one blinked at all times so maybe the other one was out.
