Disappointed in the individual who took my call. Inquired about probate. She was very abrupt and matter of fact. I explained my circumstances including that I was in another state; she scheduled a call. 20 minutes after the time of the appointment, I called the office because I didn’t receive a call at the appointed time. She quickly interrupted and reminded me that I was to call. I explained that...

She quickly interrupted and reminded me that I was to call. I explained that I misunderstood and she continued to be abrasive. She gave me the impression that I was bothering her. I didn’t make another appointment based on this experience.
