I went with my friend as she was trying to discuss her husband's case. She asked questions and received no answers, just beating around the bush. He had promised her that he's put in for several things and he hasn't done anything that he had committed to. It's almost like he doesn't want to be bothered. He refused to allow her to see his file and she asked multiple times...
I went with my friend as she was trying to discuss her husband's case. She asked questions and received no answers, just beating around the bush. He had promised her that he's put in for several things and he hasn't done anything that he had committed to. It's almost like he doesn't want to be bothered. He refused to allow her to see his file and she asked multiple times for a list of his time he's spent on the case, for proof that he's put in the amount of work that shes already paid him for, and he either couldn't provide the list - because he's not put any work into this case or refused to provide this list.....not sure which one. This meeting was very disappointing and disheartening. To be a criminal defense attorney, he leaves a little left to be desired.
