Not a good experience at all with Doris Sewell!! I hired her to assist with issues with a commercial landlord. She basically read the lease (which I had already done) gave me the same info I already had and charged me over $4K for a few calls, a very short letter and inefficient phone calls. Geesh why is it so hard these days for people to actually do a good job! I had made it very clear that I didn't mind paying the $300 hr fee if they were going to be beneficial on MY BEHALF!!
