I did a Google search and came across Sherman & Phalen Real Estate law firm. I ended up speaking with William Phalen. Once I explained my situation regarding the need for an access and utility easement, William told me that he can definitely help me make it happen. After the Deed amendment was drafted, signed and given back to the Law Firm the documents were filed & recorded right away...

After the Deed amendment was drafted, signed and given back to the Law Firm the documents were filed & recorded right away with the Deed office.
