Wife and I needed real estate closing documents, sent by our attorney in SC, notarized for a property we are selling there. Wife was traveling to ATL to join me at a local bank for the transaction. She didn't arrive until 4pm and we needed the documents complete and on their way so they would arrive in time for the actual closing.
