Verdict still out on this. But supposed evidence/discovery repeatedly...repeatedly asked for has not been shown. For EIGHT MONTHS. Also, they got a hold of my late mother's will, sent to them by an out of state law office. With me, AGAIN, repeatedly asking what I would need to pay them, for what was SUPPOSED to have been a signed paper mailed and a phone call. THEY DEDUCTED 25% OF THE PROCEEDS OF MY HALF OF OF HER ESTATE. WITHOUT TELLING ME. So far I would warn anyone AWAY from this office and on to another.
Mr. Spencer talked to me with a lot of information on what I ask for concerning Guardianship with your parents . So now he told me what I need to do to go through the court and among other things that I need to do. And he is a really good lawyer.
