Went to ask a few questions about my deeds and about adoption. The older man forgot his hearing aid then asked if I would like to put my ex husband whom I have a PFA on on my deed then asked if I wanted to give him custody. I honestly got scared and ran. I would not recommend him at all. Maybe his son is better but I don't know.
