The Earth Heating

We had a service call for our radiant hydronic system. It was making a loud buzzing noise and, as it is 20+ years old, we thought we should have it checked out. We found The Earth Heating online and they looked like a company that knew radiant heating. I set up an appointment and, the day before they were scheduled, Emir called in the afternoon and said he could come out that afternoon. It worked out and he was there in half an hour. He checked out our system - bad relay - and gave us advice about the best way to proceed. He was professional, highly knowledgably and provided one of the best experiences we have ever received in a home repair situation. He patiently explained our system and answered all our questions. Overall, I would highly recommend this company. We had an extremely positive experience and would not hesitate to call them in the future. Thank you TEH !

Our home needed a complete heating system upgrade. We have both a forced air furnace and radiant heat system, so I really wanted to make sure I felt confident in the company doing such a large project. The Earth Heating was professional from the start during our estimate visit, and very transparent and honest about pricing and expectations. They clearly explained how a combi boiler was our best option and actually replaced both of our old water heaters with one unit and explained how it worked (see picture). Not only did they do a great job on both projects, when our old furnace unexpectedly died in the middle of Winter, they fit us into their busy schedule to do the replacement a month early! I'd highly recommend working with TEH. UPDATED 5/31/24: We decided to upgrade our house's HVAC system this Spring by adding air conditioning. Based on our previous experience with The Earth Heating, we worked with Emir, Cam and the TEH team again. They came up with a very creative solution to use one large, centralized heat pump connected to 4 internal units, 1 coil for our forced air system and 3 individual zone units in areas with radiant heat. This was a very complicated project, and we are very impressed and happy with the final result!

We used The Earth to replace our gas furnace/forced air heating system with a new two-level radiant floor heating system using a combi-boiler. From his first visit to provide an estimate through many, many calls and emails to dial in the specifics and implement all the elements, Emir was unfailingly responsive, patient, and generous with his expertise. Kem both oversaw an elegant radiant PEX install as well as personally installing a beautiful combi-boiler setup. I can't recommend The Earth enough for any HVAC needs, large or small, but especially when it comes to radiant heating and new system design/install. Their work is immaculate and their professionalism and overall customer service provide enormous value for money to their customers.

Having dealt with this firm for over six years, I have been consistently and pleasantly surprised at the level of service and the quality of technical care that I have not experienced previously in dealing with HVAC companies. It’s so simple… I tell them what I would like to do. They set an appointment and they do it… Competitively, cheerfully and check to make sure that I’m thoroughly satisfied …it is this way whether you deal with the owner of the firm or one of his chosen technicians or have back office questions responded to by his wonderful wife.
