They made my case worst and they also lied on my files. When I finally got to speak to somebody that knew what they were doing all they could say was I’m sorry we didn’t do enough research. We were promised help and communication regarding my fiancées case and have NEVER heard from them since they charged us $1500. We have called and emailed multiple times but they have been insisting they are “ still waiting” on Goya documents for over two years. Beware of this scam because they just take your money and never follow up.
Please do yourself a favor and find another lawyer . My husband and I came here after a friend recommended them to us. They were awful. We were charged $6,000 for a status change( he had a visa at the time). It was a very straightforward case but then they asked for $1000 more because of some new law that was eventually thrown out. Then when our interview came up, I requested our documents so I could have them for the interview , and could not get ahold of anyone , then they just sent me an email with birth certificates. Me and my husband started an immigration case with them back in 2021 and they never did anything but ask for money. Terrible law firm, find yourself a better lawyer like I did and now it only took 3 months for my husband to have a workers permit, oh and charged 2x less than this incapacitated law firm. Trust me you don’t have to pay a ton to see results I learned that the hard way. Theirs great lawyers out there who actually get stuff done and charge less.
