The expectation set was not met at all. In my opinion I didn't receive any "legal advice" during my consultation. The person that set my appointment showed me so many red flags not knowing the rates for consults, taking payment but I guess not submitting it, I waited and waited while he fumbled through notes but still gave the firm the benefit of the doubt because I was under the impression he was new. Contacted Wallach and Associates earlier in the week left a message. The next day they called me back. We sent up a consultation on Friday and discussed my case and situation. 4 days later my case was resolved and I was signing papers. Thanks for getting back with me so fast and getting done what we discussed so quickly. Appreciate you all, thank you.
