I would not recommend using this company. Everything started off well, but after we paid, there were still important tasks left for the firm to complete. Instead of receiving proactive support, we encountered repeated pushback, excuses, delays, and poor communication. In the end, we had to file paperwork ourselves despite having already paid for their services. One of the biggest frustrations was that not everything was explained upfront. After payment was received, additional responsibilities and complications surfaced that had never been clearly communicated. We found ourselves constantly having to follow up and chase down answers just to get our matter completed. What makes this experience especially disappointing is that the trust we were establishing involved a very sick parent. The firm was fully aware that this was a time-sensitive situation and assured us that everything would be completed within a relatively short timeframe. Instead, the process dragged on for months. Although payment was made in early April, the matter was not completed until much later, stretching from January and nearly into June. During a difficult time for our family, we expected professionalism, urgency, and transparency. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Based on the delays, lack of communication, and the amount of back and forth work we ultimately had to do ourselves, I cannot recommend this company.
