Researched real estate attorneys. Landed on Wallach because he is close. Needed someone to coach me with a real estate contract to sell my home. He asked me to email him the contract for review and he would respond with a price. Have received no response in 2 days. If he doesn't wish to deal with a trivial matter, he should have stated so in our phone conversation or not represent himself as a real estate attorney.
