I can’t say enough about this firm, but what stands out the most is their kindness, speed. patience, and follow through. I would give them a ten star if Google would allow it. They are personable people who spend the time necessary to help you resolve a business issue or ensure your business is as secure as it can be from liabilities. I was so impressed we will be using them next for an estate and all our other business endeavors.

The expectation set was not met at all. In my opinion I didn't receive any "legal advice" during my consultation. The person that set my appointment showed me so many red flags not knowing the rates for consults, taking payment but I guess not submitting it, I waited and waited while he fumbled through notes but still gave the firm the benefit of the doubt because I was under the impression he was new. I told them that I wanted to know if there was something I was missing and a way we can discuss options.. and the person that set my appointment I could send over the lease before hand so we wouldn't waste time during the consultation trying to read it. Yet, thats exactly what we did...Basically my consultation was me stating a fall back plan and the lawyer just telling me to go that route a quick skim through the lease is what I got even though I sent it TWICE and was specifically promised that I wouldn't waste consultation time on the lease (The assistant that told me that probably had no authority to say anything like that but once again it doesn't seem like he is ready to do things unsupervised). I know there has to be other options and I was willing to pay to understand them but I paid for them to Basically tell me I had a good idea...Rodger came in after my appointment while I was still struggling with his assistant receiving misinformation and fumbling around to create and send an invoice and honestly I felt belittled by the things he was saying, he would ask me a question then respond before I'm finish assuming where I was going with the thought. Telling me the information I asked his assistant was "right there in black and white and plain with nothing more too it" not understanding what his employee was showing me what not what he thought it was. Despite the office being dirty with stained floors, Ignored it hoping it looked that way because they just moved into the space, I stayed and that's my fault. I didn't need them to tell me that my plan was a good plan, I wanted options that actually require a lawyer..hence me seeking a lawyer.
