Worst experience possible! Multiple instances of incorrect legal instruction for a probate case that I was the administrator for. Had I not performed research of my own to correct the misinformation I could have been held personally responsible for debt or damages. Keep in mind I was recently widowed and having to deal with this incompetency at the same time. Bad information provided from both the attorney and the assistant....

The only one who has been helpful in the office has been the receptionist Kaitlyn, She finally had to physically go find Devona, the office manager, who stopped answering my emails as of August 21st Who then pretended she received none of my emails and had no contact informatin for us?!?this after she had already replied to several emails previously.
. This law group is suing us for $5000 yet has no information? Refuses to send us paperwork refuses to answer our calls or emails! Jeromy PHARIS is the main partner at the firm and I have asked for him directly to no avail!!! They leave me no choice, but to leave this review and report them to the Idaho law board. Never use them for any business if this is how they treat people!!!
